Policies and pricing
There is a 2 hour minimum for client appointments.
Hourly Rate - $125
Travel fee is added for appointments that require a commute of more than 30 minutes each way. (Starting point is North Buckhead/Sandy Springs ITP)
Drop off/Pick-Ups to Client $25
Whenever reasonably possible, Twin City Style will take advantage of free shipping/ free returns from stores and vendors. When shipping or expenses cannot be avoided, those expenses will billed to the client.
Twin City Style has negotiated discounted shipping rates with UPS and happily passes those discounts on to clients.
A Cancellation Fee of $100 may be assessed if the client provides less than 24 hours notice of cancellation.
If client decides to not keep certain items after returns have been made, Twin City Style can return additional items and time will be billed at the standard hourly rate.
All services are billed at an hourly rate except LookBooks and Color Analysis.
Time spent responding to questions via e-mail, text, or phone call is billed at the standard hourly rate.
Invoices are due on receipt and can be paid by bank draft, credit card, Venmo or PayPal. A 3% processing fee is added to all payments.
Balances not paid within 30 days of invoice receipt are subject to a late fee of 10% of the outstanding balance for each 30 day period past the date of invoice receipt.
